Documents that apply to all clients. Anything in here is readable and searchable from any Slack channel that’s mapped to a client, plus from non-client channels.
Good fits:
- Shared playbooks (how to run a content audit, how to write a status update).
- Internal-process docs the team uses across clients (the weekly-update template, the proposal template).
- Reference material that’s true regardless of client (Konstruct’s standard SEO methodology, the keyword-research process).
Bad fits:
- Anything client-specific — use
clients/<slug>/. - Konstruct-only policies that shouldn’t shape client work — use
internal/.
Lowercase, hyphen-separated filenames. Nested subfolders are fine.
